How did my package ship?

We ship all Luxe Esence orders via trusted and trackable delivery partners to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. All packages are carefully wrapped to protect your purchase and maintain its premium presentation.

How long will my package take to arrive?

All Luxe Esence orders are dispatched from our UK facility. Once shipped, they are first delivered to our Pakistan warehouse, and then sent out for final delivery to you.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Pakistan (from UK): 10–14 business days (including customs clearance)

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on destination & customs)

We process and ship orders within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can monitor every step of its journey.

What are business days?

Business days refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays in the UK and Pakistan.
For example:

  • If you place your order on Saturday evening, processing will start on Monday.

  • Public holidays may delay processing and delivery times.

How do I know my package has shipped?

Once your order has been processed and shipped from our UK warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Why are certain products unavailable to ship to Internationally?

Some Luxe Esence products may be unavailable for international shipping due to:

  • Customs regulations or import restrictions in certain countries.

  • Fragile or restricted materials that may not be permitted for cross-border transit.

  • Licensing and brand agreements that limit where specific items can be sold.

We continuously review our shipping policies to expand product availability worldwide while ensuring safe and compliant delivery

Why is my tracking number not updating?

It’s normal for tracking updates to be delayed during certain stages of shipping. Common reasons include:

  • Carrier processing time – It can take 24–72 hours after dispatch for tracking to show movement.

  • International transit – Packages moving from the UK to our Pakistan warehouse or your country may not scan until they reach a major hub.

  • Customs clearance – Tracking may pause while your package is being inspected by customs.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the courier.
